Jane Ashley, Publisher

Jane's varied background as a Transpersonal Counseling Psychotherapist, Art Therapist, expert in Brand Management and Graphic Designer gives her keen insight into how entrepreneurs should best present themselves in this fractious marketplace. Jane holds her Masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy from Naropa University, and completed Nutrition training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She was a featured guest speaker at IIN’s 2012 fall conference at Lincoln Center in NYC. Prior to starting Flower of Life Press, Jane was the Creative Director for the Globe Pequot Press (GPP), a book publisher based in Guilford, CT., where she managed a team of 8 award-winning designers and was the creative leader for the company, both in the US and in the UK. 

Jane knows the hurdles in launching a business, finding time for self-care, and the importance of collaboration in this new economy. Some of Jane’s former clients include TimeWarner, Inc., the McGraw-Hill Companies, Amex, FedEx, IBM, as well as many successful coaches and wellness professionals. She also art directed the New York Times bestselling books Crazy Sexy Cancer and Crazy Sexy Survivor by Kris Carr. Jane’s intuition and design sense are right on target—she is able to build the appropriate strategy and execute it to perfection. Her passion is to help women elevate consciousness, lives and businesses—by distilling their essence and creating a deep emotional connection through their message—to a place they never dreamed possible, while breaking through perceived barriers to find joy and purpose in their lives.
